Abstract

The convergence of healthcare and hospitality has led to the rise of patient-centric care

models where comfort, safety, and service quality are prioritized. Integrating machine

learning (ML) into facility management in healthcare hospitality environments offers

significant potential for operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, and enhanced

patient experience. This paper explores how ML algorithms can optimize energy

consumption, cleanliness scheduling, and resource allocation in smart healthcare

facilities. The study also examines the challenges of implementation, including data

privacy, interoperability, and staff training. Through a comprehensive literature review

and analysis of emerging technologies, this paper underscores the transformative impact

of machine learning in building intelligent, responsive, and human-centered healthcare

environments.
