Importance of Resilience Training for the Enhancement of Primary School Students’ Mental Health and Well-Being
Abstract
Resilience—the ability to adapt and recover from adversity—is a crucial skill that can
significantly enhance primary school students' mental health and overall well-being.
This paper examines the importance of resilience training in primary education and its
potential to improve students' ability to cope with challenges, manage stress, and
develop positive emotional regulation. By exploring the role of resilience in mental
health, the paper discusses evidence-based strategies for incorporating resilience
training into school curricula and offers recommendations for fostering a resilient
mindset among young learners.
